Program description

Walden Bros (“we”, “us”) sends transactional SMS messages to customers about their custom apparel orders — including order confirmations, proposal links, payment links, pickup-ready alerts, and service updates. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.

How you opt in

When you submit an inquiry on our website (or a Walden Bros sales rep enters your information on your behalf with your permission), you provide your mobile number and consent to receive order-related text messages from us. The opt-in language appears directly under the phone number field on our customer inquiry form at walden-order-hub-2.vercel.app/start.

Frequency

Message frequency varies. Most customers receive 2–6 messages per order.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your wireless carrier's standard rates apply.

How to stop messages

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To resume, reply START.
