Fill out the inquiry form on our site, swing by the Soldotna shop, shoot us an email, or call/text. Whichever's easiest — we're at 907-394-5510 and waldenbros2020@gmail.com.
We build your proposal
We pull together pricing on the garments you want, the decoration plan, and any artwork notes. You'll get a proposal link by email — usually same-day or next morning.
You approve it
Open the proposal, give it a once-over, tap Lock It In. That's the green light for us to start ordering. Need a tweak? Hit "Do it again, but…" and we'll spin a fresh version.
We order your garments
Plan on 10–17 days from approval to ready-for-pickup, depending on the day your order lands and what's in stock at our wholesalers. We'll keep you posted if anything shifts.
We make 'em yours
Once the blanks land in Soldotna, our crew prints, embroiders, or presses the artwork on. Quality check before anything leaves the shop — if it's not right, we redo it.
Pickup or ship
We'll text you when it's ready. Swing by the shop on K-Beach Rd, or we can ship to your door — shipping cost is added at the proposal stage so there are no surprises.
Need it faster than the standard window? Tell us your in-hands date when you reach out — we'll quote you a rush shipping rate and tell you straight up whether we can make it work. We've pulled off some absurd turnarounds.
