# Payment Terms

**How and when to pay.** Three ways to pay. Card has a small processing fee; check or ACH is free. Either way, you've got 30 days from pickup.

## Payment options

- **Pay online via your proposal** — fastest, locks production in immediately.
- **Pay at pickup** — approve the proposal first, then settle when you grab your order. Email us to choose this option.
- **Pay via PO** — for organizations with a purchase-order process. Still click Approve on the proposal so we have documentation.

## "Processing charge? What's that?"

- Card payments include a **2.9% processing charge** — that covers the card-network fee, we don't keep it.
- To skip the fee, pay by **check** or **ACH bank transfer**. Just ask and we'll send routing info.

> **Important:** All payments are due **within 30 days of pickup**. Past 30, we may pause future orders until the balance clears.
