# How to Order

**The 3-step process.** Two ways in — submit online or call us. Either way the rest of the journey is the same.

## Two ways to start

- **Online:** Submit at easymerch.life/start or use our bulk wizard at easymerch.life/draft/bulk-wizard.
- **By phone or email:** Call (907) 394-5510 or email waldenbros2020@gmail.com. We'll collect your details and write the proposal for you.

## The process

1. **Tell us what you want.** Decoration method (printing or embroidery), garment style + color, decoration placement, sizes & quantities. Repeat for any additional styles or colors.
2. **Review your proposal.** You'll get a proposal with mockups + pricing. Request edits if anything's off. What you approve is what we produce.
3. **Approval = production.** Once approved, blank items get ordered and decoration starts. You'll get a pickup or shipping notification when it's done.

> **Rule:** Never click Approve unless you actually approve. If you need an edit, tell us first — we'll revise the proposal and resend.
