# Bulk Order — Teams

**A walkthrough of the bulk wizard.** For sports leagues, clubs, sponsored teams. ~7 minutes. Start at easymerch.life/draft/bulk-wizard.

1. **Pick the "Teams / Groups" path.** On the Welcome screen, tap the pink card.
2. **Your Info + Order Details.** Contact info, project name, deadline, delivery method. Then add each style with colors. Sizes for teams come on the next step (not here).
3. **Add your groups and teams.** Create a group (or use the default). Add a team for each (style + color) combination — e.g. "U10 Boys — PC54 Blue". Pick the matching style + color chip. Enter sizes for that team.
4. **Decoration — one team at a time.** Walk through each team's artwork page. Pick Front / Back / Sleeve, decoration method, and upload art. If a team shares artwork with another, tap "Use [Team A]'s artwork" — no re-uploading.
5. **Extras + Review + Submit.** Optionally add backup blanks or production notes. Review the per-team breakdown. Submit — proposal text + email arrives within a few hours.

> **Best of both worlds:** A team that shares artwork with another can still click Customize later if they need to deviate. Share when you can, override when you must.
