# Bulk Order — Event

**A walkthrough of the bulk wizard.** For festivals, fundraisers, weddings, family reunions. ~5 minutes. Start at easymerch.life/draft/bulk-wizard.

1. **Pick the "Event / One-time" path.** On the Welcome screen, tap the yellow card.
2. **Your Info.** Org or event name as contact, plus name + email + phone. We text + email your proposal here.
3. **Order Details — add each style.** Event name, needed-by date, delivery method. Then add styles: pick garment type, enter style #, tap each color you want, fill in size quantities per color. Use "+ ADD ANOTHER STYLE" for any extra shirts/hoodies/caps.
4. **Decoration.** For each style, pick Front / Back / Sleeve. Per placement: pick Printing or Embroidery and upload artwork (or pick On file / Needs upgrade / Screenshot only / None yet).
5. **Extras + Review + Submit.** Optionally add backup blanks or production notes. Review the full breakdown. Submit — proposal text + email arrives within a few hours.
