# Adjust Your Own Sizes

**Self-serve size & quantity edits.** Need 2 more larges or forgot a youth medium? You can fix the size breakdown on your proposal yourself — no email, no waiting. Pricing updates the moment you save.

## How to do it

1. **Open your proposal.** Use the link we texted or emailed you. It opens the live proposal in your browser — no login.
2. **Tap "📐 Adjust sizes".** You'll find the button right by the Approve / Request-a-change buttons. It opens a size editor for every garment on your order.
3. **Change the counts.** Type a new quantity on any size, or pick **+ Add a size…** to add one that's currently at zero. Tap the **×** on a size to drop it.
4. **Hit "Save changes".** Your proposal and pricing re-calculate instantly, and your rep gets a heads-up that the counts moved. That's it.

## What you can & can't change here

- **Can:** bump quantities up or down, add a size that was zero, remove a size.
- **Can't:** add a brand-new garment style, swap a color, or change artwork or placement. For those, use **Request a change** instead and we'll revise the proposal.

> **Pricing moves with your counts:** Your per-item price is set by your total quantity across the whole order. Adding pieces can bump you into a better price tier — drop below a tier and the price ticks back up. The proposal always shows the current math.

> **Editable until you approve:** Sizes are self-editable while the proposal is open (before you approve or pay). Once you lock it in, sizes freeze so we can order blanks — after that, just reach out to your rep for any change. Lines we're filling from in-stock goods also can't be self-edited.

> **Big jumps:** Going over 1,000 of one size or 5,000 pieces total? Those need a custom quote — contact your rep and we'll take it from there.
